Taravos Anike,’ which translates to Ann from Tharau, is a title for one of the most celebrated poems by Simon Dach, the German writer who wrote it as a serenade for his unrequited love. The poem became a highly popular song across the Baltic states, based on which a monument of ‘Taravos Anike’ was created in 1912. It immediately became a timeless attraction in Theatre Square and a symbol of the city. But who would have imagined that the monument could be recreated and transported from one European port to another by a yacht, an event that commemorated the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Lithuania! As incredible as it sounds, 3D Creative was the force behind the masterful re-creation of the monument by deploying its 3D scanning and printing technologies. The Vilnius-based company serves as a true testament to how the technology of 3D printing, often known as additive manufacturing, is reshaping the world in more ways than one can imagine.
As a one-stop shop, we provide all 3D engineering services under a single hood, that best meets the requirements of our customers
Espousing the rapid development and growing popularity of 3D printing technologies, 3D Creative provides a wide array of premium quality 3D printing services. “As a one-stop shop, we provide all 3D engineering services under a single hood, that best meets the requirements of our customers,” says Saulius Lileikis, Director of 3D Creative. The company provides all essential polymer-based 3D printing technologies, including SLS (selective laser sintering), MJF (multi jet fusion), SLA (stereolithography), and FDM (fused deposition modelling) that help customers to produce products up to 1x1x1xm solid unit.
Leveraging its varied technologies, 3D Creative provides unlimited size production with over 20 different polymers such as PA, PA+CF, PC, PP, TPU, and PETG.
As more and more customers discover the seminal benefits of 3D technology, the need for 3D modelling is rising exponentially. Against this backdrop, 3D Creative delivers 3D modelling services with the widely acclaimed CAD and Digital Sculpting programs. Since each project is different, each client’s file is modelled to meet their exact requirements. The company’s state of the art reverse engineering process encompasses all three types of models, including Parametric, Hybrid surface, and Shrink-wrap surface, to produce a CAD model that helps find the most optimal polymer for varying customer objectives.
3D Creative provides high-quality 3D scanning services covering everything, from small items with 10 mm of complex geometric surfaces to large objects such as cars, machine parts, and even sculptures
3D scanning is currently another crucial area that various 3D printing service providers are increasingly leveraging to create complex 3D models. In line with this current trend, 3D Creative provides high-quality 3D scanning services covering everything, from small items with 10 mm of complex geometric surfaces to large objects such as cars, machine parts, and even sculptures. The 3D scanners deployed by the company feature safe and human-friendly technologies. Their portable Artec 3D scanners are one of the most advanced and recognized globally and can scan bridges, the entire human body and small and medium-sized objects, with an exceptional scanning quality up to 0.01mm.
With more than 500 companies in their client roster across engineering, dentistry, medical, architecture, jewelry, along with automotive and aerospace industries, 3D creative is touted as one of the most eminent 3D printing solution providers in the Baltic States. For the imminent future, Saulius wants to adhere to the company’s core principles and accomplish a wide range of inspiring projects. “There is no magic involved in our offerings. We believe, adequate focus on quality and customer’s requirement is enough to set us apart from our competitors,” concludes Lileikis.
